We’ll be at SoWa this coming Sunday and really looking forward to it. It’s been a while since we’ve hung out with our food truck friends, SoWa staff and vendors, and we missed our “regulars”. We love cupcakes and are passionate about what goes into them, so we’ve taken extra care in testing and picking out the best ingredients. For us, quality and taste comes first. Wherever we can we are committed to using locally produced and organic ingredients sourced mainly from New England.
Our cupcakes are simple in design and concept: real, natural, high-quality ingredients taste great. And that’s what you’ll find in your cupcakes: unbleached flour, butter, organic eggs, whole milk, buttermilk, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, the finest cocoa we could find, and fresh fruit whenever we can–so as the seasons change, so do some of our flavors–what you won’t find are chemicals, preservatives, or artificial ingredients.
We take great pride in creating treats that are sweet yet not overly sugary and hope you enjoy your hand-crafted cake as much as we enjoyed making it.
