The Cupcakory is Boston’s original cupcake truck and one of the first food trucks to hit the city streets opening for business in the summer of 2010.

In 2009 founder and owner, Diane, found herself a product of the recession with a career in print publishing gone for good and decided to put her 20 years of baking skills to use. For more than a year she tested, tweaked, and fine-tuned recipes, then bought an old catering truck and with the help of her husband, Mick, gave it the look you see today.

Using only real, natural, high-quality ingredients like unbleached flour, butter, local organic eggs, local whole milk, local buttermilk, Madagascar vanilla, the finest cocoa, and locally grown and/or organic fresh fruit for seasonal flavors, The Cupcakory creates from scratch in small batches hand-crafted personal cakes that are deliciously sweet yet not overly sugary.

Real cake. Real good.

Baking facility:
The Cupcakory rents space at CropCircle Kitchen in Jamaica Plain, a shared commercial kitchen with other food entreprenuers.
